Compacting Tables are used especially in refractory industry to compact and consolidate materials.

PSACO compacting tables compact the material through removing the air voids by making horizontal waves on the both structure and product without imposing Gravity Separation which is a significant point in producing refractory materials.

In this equipment, vibration frequency and amplitude are significant parameters that need to be accurately estimated. Besides, the vibration density needs to be the same all over the product and it has to be firmly vibrated. PSACO has been able to supply compacting table featured with 7m length which is capable to ran the same size blocks. These feeders are driven by an unbalance motor and the degree of vibration can be controlled and adjusted via a control panel. As per the customer requirement, the control panel can be connected to the PLC.
